1. Who we are

Shipeezi is operated by Dumont Pty Ltd (ACN 699 956 271), Sydney, Australia. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website and a processor of the customer data put into the platform by our customers.

2. What we collect

• Website: page views and privacy-conscious analytics, and the details you submit through a demo or contact form.
• Platform: account details, usage events, and the operational records our customers create, which may include names, email addresses and contact numbers of their staff and counterparties.

3. Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, respond to enquiries, operate support, improve the product, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Analytics and cookies

Analytics runs only after you choose. Nothing is collected before you accept, and declining sets an opt-out. Our analytics operate on a memory-only basis until consent is given.

5. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors who help us run the service, under contract. The current list is in the Data Processing Agreement. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it under our retention policy. Customer data is retained for the term of the customer's agreement and a defined post-termination export window.

7. Security

We use access controls, tenant isolation, field-level encryption for sensitive fields and an audit trail. See Security and trust.

8. Your rights

Subject to law, you may access, correct, delete or port your personal data, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with a regulator. Contact legal@dumont.au.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required we use appropriate safeguards. Residency options and the transfer basis must be confirmed by counsel.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are notified in advance.
