Shipeezi is a product of Dumont Pty Ltd, built for businesses that import at retail scale and move real cargo and real money and, for some customers, government and defence freight. Security, compliance and clear legal terms are part of the product, not an afterthought. This page is the single place to find them.

Certifications and standards

Dumont Pty Ltd is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and is built to NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 1 and Level 2. Shipeezi runs on the same controls. These underpin our government and defence work, where the paperwork and the controls both have to hold.

Data residency

Production data is hosted in the region you choose. Australia (Sydney) is the default. The European Union and the United States are also available, and other regions can be provisioned on request. Your data at rest and its backups remain in the region you elect.

Security practices

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access with least privilege and multi-factor administrative access, strict per-tenant isolation, network protection, runtime threat detection, logging and monitoring, and regular security review. More detail is on our security page.
